Grill/Smoked Food Specialist - Sous Chef - VIP Private Family

Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates; Dubai, United Arab Emirates We are looking for an experienced and talented Grill/Smoked Food Specialist - Sous Chef - VIP to join a VIP Private Family in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in live grilling, BBQ preparation, and premium meat cooking, with the ability to deliver high-quality dishes in a private luxury dining environment. Key Responsibilities: Specialize in live grilling, BBQ, and various grilling techniques. Prepare and cook premium cuts of meat, seafood, poultry, and other grilled specialties. Demonstrate expertise in charcoal, wood-fired, and gas grilling. Prepare marinades, sauces, rubs, and accompanying side dishes. Ensure excellent food presentation, quality, and consistency. Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness. Assist the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations and menu preparation. Provide live cooking and grilling services during private family gatherings and special occasions. Requirements Proven experience as a Grill Chef, BBQ Chef, or Sous Chef specializing in grilling. Strong knowledge of international BBQ styles and grilling techniques. Experience working in VIP households, luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, or high-end establishments is an advantage. Must be confident in live grilling and cooking in front of guests. Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about food. Flexible and willing to work in a private family environment. Must be available for a trial in Abu Dhabi, UAE if required. Benefits Salary: AED 20,000 - AED 30,000
