AI is already embedded in how we operate – from real-time coaching that sharpens how we sell and interact with customers, to surfacing insights that help us anticipate needs – creating more time for meaningful customer engagement. If you’re excited to reshape how you think, make decisions, and drive growth with AI, you’ll feel right at home here. This is a remote opportunity within the UK. What you can expect: - Lead and Drive Sales: Recruit, manage, and mentor a dedicated team of Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and Customer Success Managers, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and focused execution on revenue-generating activities. - Secure Cornerstone Customers: Personally own and drive the sales cycle to secure the first paying customers for new products, gathering critical insights to refine our ideal customer profile (ICP) and value proposition. - Drive Early Revenue: Own the team’s initial pipeline and ARR targets, proving the commercial viability of new solutions through direct sales involvement. - Validate Product-Market Fit: Define and execute the strategy to secure the first paying customers for new products, gathering critical insights to refine our ideal customer profile (ICP) and value proposition. - Build the Sales Playbook: Author the GTM playbook, documenting everything from messaging and competitive positioning. Then working with enablement to get this to the field. - Establish a Feedback Engine: Create and manage a robust process for channeling direct feedback from customers and the market back to Product Management, Product Marketing, and executive leadership to guide the product roadmap and inform sales strategy. - Serve as a Key Liaison: Act as the primary GTM stakeholder for new products, collaborating closely with partners in Product, Marketing, Enablement, and Corporate Development to ensure tight cross-functional alignment and a clear path to revenue. - Report on Progress: Deliver data-driven updates to the GTM leadership team on key learnings, progress against objectives, and recommendations for scaling the sales effort.
