PROJECT OVERVIEW
EMCD is launching an institutional-grade crypto investment platform. We are looking for an experienced Portfolio Manager to lead the investment strategy, manage capital allocation, and drive performance across diverse asset classes within a leading global crypto ecosystem.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
— Build and manage the overall portfolio within the investment mandate.
— Allocate and reallocate capital across VC, PE, Pre-IPO, DeFi, and liquid market strategies.
— Monitor portfolio performance and ensure robust risk-adjusted returns.
— Supervise and evaluate quantitative trading strategies, ML-driven models, and DeFi protocols.
— Prepare comprehensive performance reporting for Family Offices and UHNWI investors.
— Develop and maintain risk frameworks and long-term performance targets.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
— 5+ years of experience in crypto investing, trading, or portfolio management.
— Deep understanding of crypto markets, DeFi ecosystems, and market structure.
— Proven track record in venture investing and liquid crypto strategies.
— Strong expertise in tokenomics and portfolio risk management.
— Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams.
