Business Development Manager

Responsibilities: — Identify and segment target clients — Develop a go-to-market strategy for each segment: priorities, channels, and communication approach — Search for potential clients and proactively reach out to them, identify decision-makers, and conduct initial negotiations — Actively attend business events, conferences, and industry meetings in Georgia (travel may be required) — Manage CRM: pipeline, statuses, and communication history — Analyze results and prepare monthly reports: what works, what doesn’t, and adjust the strategy accordingly Requirements: — Reside in Georgia — Georgian language — mandatory — Russian — fluent, as a plus — English — Intermediate or higher — 3+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development — Strategic thinking: understanding where the money is and how to reach it Nice to have: — Experience in fintech, crypto, or payment services — Own network of contacts in automotive, real estate, or gambling — Understanding of the crypto market specifics in Georgia Conditions: — Work from home + client meetings and business events — Fixed salary + bonuses (to be discussed during the interview) — Official employment and a fully declared salary — Direct communication with the company founders — Real impact on the company’s growth
